das wandern

let me continue in peace, and (stop) wander(ing)!

[stream of semiconsciousness, maybe?]

from the dms lab, at 7 am, with 24 hours of awake:

i am the same, again.
this is the same, again.

i will not know what to do without these walls, these hours:
i will be lost with too much room to roam.

im falling into everything,
rembering something i cant wrap my mind around,
missing something i havent even found,
falling into God knows what.

this is a strange feeling.
its strange that i still feel.

this is again:
this is not lonely.
this is far from real.
or far from everything else.

what am i, darling?
and what is this i cant quite feel?

wide awake
fast asleep
i need this.

quiet, now, child.
sleep is still a long way off
but you can still dream of what was.
you can still sing your lullabyes
and still your restless mind.
quiet, now, child.
nothing has changed, yet
this is still where you belong.
youre not gone yet.

be still my soul:
quiet the chaos in my head.

currently listening: everything damien rice, again
