das wandern

let me continue in peace, and (stop) wander(ing)!

the other day, i bought a five-pound bag of granny smith apples for
only $2.97.   [as far as i’m concerned, this is a good deal.]
i think, if necessary, i could live on apples alone–but only if
they
were of the granny smith variety.   and also only if i could
eat them the
right way–cut one piece at a time with a verysharp knife.

i’ve also decided that i should probably onlyever
eat apples.   because that would probably be good for me.   i
might learn
some kind of self control or get healthy or something.   except
that  kind of decision never quite works out for me.   like a
few weeks ago when i decided i wouldn’t eat sugar or flour for 2 weeks.
i think that lasted about 10 hours.    and i was
asleep for at least 7 of said hours.

so, maybe the best idea [at least for the time being], is chocolate chip cookies in the dms lab.
“eat a chocolate chip cookie, and take one thing at a time,” as jim would say.

bring on the rain.
[and the dreamweaver.]
